Is she pregnant?We r worried.Please help

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Me and my wife had unprotected intercourse just after 2 days of her period completion (14th October), On 16th October we had sex, she took I pill in night itself. After 3 days we again had unprotected sex but I discharged outside. I am not sure whether semen was there in vagina or not. From yesterday I.e on 23rd and 24th october she is bleeding not like periods but less bleeding is there? Is she pregnant ? We are little worried. Please help.
