Dr. Advised optogest tablet , biopreg -f and multivitamin liquid to my wife . She is 40 days pregnant. Is it necessary to take these medicines in this early stage? And is it safe to unborn and mothers health?

Biopreg f is required to avoid congenital anomalies like cleft palate and lip. Optogest is given to support the pregnancy. So medicine is for ur benefit
