Is refresh drop effective?
Can I use Refresh tears eye drops because I usually experience dryness and irritation in my eyes, may be due to working on computers for long hours? Do I need to consult a doctor before that? I am 29 year old woman working as software engineer.

Dryness known  also as computer vision syndrome in medical terminology happens due to decreasing in number of blinking from 24 per minute to around 8 per minute leading to dryness, so first try to have normal blinking while working on computer & use lubricating eye drops (Refresh liquigel) 4-5 times daily& keep in mind ,computer operator please blink, blink&blink ,with regards
