Diagnosed with prostate cancer (Adenocarcinoma) & under went robotic prostatectomy · Biopsy showed Gleason score of 4+5 .Perineural Invasion not seen. · PSA was 30 · PSMA PET CT scan: Cancer localize to prostate. Subtle capsular bulge. No distant metastasis seen. · Under went surgery to remove prostate successful · Surgical Pathology Report showed actual Gleason score of 3+7. Tumor reached inked margin at places Blood test showed Non detectable PSA (0.1)
