Is PCOS and depression correlated?
I am 20 years old I've been detected with mild PCOS I am completely confused about where to start and what to do. Also, I've been going through depression ever since my early teens... I never had regular periods. Lately I've been dealing with severe depression, stress and anxiety. So my question is if the depression is caused by PCOS or is it just there? Thank you for answering.

Dear friend, Since PCOS is a hormonal imbalance there will be changes in the emotional levels. It might be a cause for depression. Since you are just 20 years old, we can treat with pranayamas. In this way PCOS as well as depression can be taken care of. Any kind of further help feel free to contact me Wishes
