Here is my semen analysis report.is it ok?if not then plz tell me the problem areas what treatment I have to take.

Hi The semen analysis is abnormal. I would suiggest full hormone profile- serum total testosterone, LH, FSH, prolactin, ultrasound of testicles and semen culture. If you have any urinary symptoms, please contact an urologist. For the moment take paternia tablet once a day.
