Is my dad sugar level ok ?

My dad is diabetic from past 10yrs , but from past few days his levels are up,
Before dinner(8pm): 135
After 2hrs dinner (10:15pm) : 185
Early morning after waking up (fasting)7Am : 158 .
Do we need to revise the medicines as earlier his levels used be 20units less. Thanks.

Your fasting is slightly high.. other timing sugars are ok
just check one day 2 am / 3am blood sugars with glucometer... to just rule out low sugar at mid night and rebound sugars in fasting
