Is MRI scan detects early termination

Asked for Male, 23 Years

My Gf was aborted child with abortion pills 2 months ago.. Now She faces weakness, pain in stomach.. Thats why her parents decided to do MRI scan. Will it detect abortion. We dont want to let her parents know about anything..
