Mental disorders are of different types. So you need to be more specific about the disorder her uncle has. Some mental disorders are genetic. Majority of the times however, we are unable to point out another patient in the family. That means, even your brother may be carrying genes for a mental disorder that you may not know of. Him marrying this girl will not increase or reduce the chances of mental illness in their future children.
