masturbation doesnt hve any untoward effect..its jus a delf pleasurable way...neither does it affect ur sexual life..u jus need to cut down ur thoughts and control ur pleasurale emotions which may help u stopping dat..

it does not have any adverse effects since sperm production is continuous
indeed some researches have proved beneficial effects like promoting healthy reproductive system
relieving stress....
if u wanna leave it u ve to make up ur mind stop thinking about it...
