No masturbation in absence of regular sex partner is completely normal and doesn't harm your body in any sense.
However, if u don't use lubricants ( like coconut oil and /or cold Cream ) while doing it, u r likely to cause pain and local temporary redness/ swelling.
One more thing to be kept in mind is - anything in excess is poison... If u have to do it several times daily or if your work is affected by continuous desire to masturbate/ have sex , try a session with psychiatrist who can help normalise things. Most importantly- Don't be ashamed at all, it's all a part of life.
Yes , studies do shoe that those who masturbate frequently can have premature ejaculation, but again whether u r having this problem or not needs to be evaluated-- according to major study - "ADEQUATE" duration of sex is only 4-7 minutes and not any more!
If u ALWAYS ejaculate within 3 TO 4 minutes of starting intercourse only then u are a premature ejaculator... and that too is easily cured!
So relax and don't believe anyone who says masturbation cause u to become weak etc.
Always believe what Evidence ( major , properly conducted studies) says !
