I'm Sikha from Delhi age 29 yrs working in an IT firm.
Actually I want to loose weight, and for that I want to drink lukewarm water with honey nd lemon in morning before breakfast, but i have heard from someone that taking lemon is not good specially for female...so sir/ma'am, anyone can confirm whether it's true or not?

Lemon is good for both the genders specially females as it increases iron absorption and compensates for the blood loss during mensturation but only having lemon water without making any changes in your diet and physical activity is not going to help

Only take lemon and honey with water is not sufficient for weight loss.
Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises
Drink water 16glasses daily
Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's
Early dinner before 6pm
Eat less and exercise more

No, it's a myth. But if you want loose weight then better ask for weight reducing it instead of these.
