Is it tinea?
It itches and has turned black. Initially transparent liquid came out on scratching. Looks ugly. What is it? Any treatment?

You forgot to mention the site of icthing. Please send photos using private chat for accurate diagnosis and prescription. If it is tinea it needs to be treated as it may spread further on your own body and others in the household.
