Groin area has turn black

Asked for Male, 24 Years

The 1st problem occurred during 7th std in 2007 when hair started growing in the region. I started getting itching and due to which the entire area became red. I applied itch guard and it got cured but left black spots. After several years the darkness got reduced but whevener I got itching it used to turn black. I want to cure the dark skin
