Your HbA1c is just mildly near the pre diabetic range. First stop taking stress and try to get your anxiety under control. Take a consultation of a psychologist or a psychiatrist if need be to help you in this. Ask for your thyroid please follow the following rules To be in a fasting state of 8 hours prior to the  thyroid medication. To take the thyroid medication the minute that you get up. Do not touch the thyroid tablet with your bare hands, use the cap of the bottle or a piece of paper. Take a tablet with some plain or cold water. Do not eat or drink anything else for 1½ hours after taking the thyroid tablet like warm water, warm water honey, any other medication, any other liquids like juice, tea, coffee, etc. Thyroid patients should avoid Cabbage Broccoli Cauliflower Ragi Bajra Jawahar Other Millets Soya Products Like Soya Milk Soya Oil Soya Chunks etc. Ashwagandha To review with TSH after 1 month.
