Is it okay to use retinols/vit A if...
I am someone with psoraitic arthritis. I am already consulting a rheumatologist for that and the treatment is working well. But sometimes when there are flare ups i would like to protect my skin or repair any damage that is done by a flare up. I heard that vitamin A/ retinols are good for skin health. Can I apply include them in my skincare routine. Is it safe?
