Is it hiv? If not what's this disease

I'm having itching all over my body without rashes and I've been surviving on antihistamines. I was prescribed to test my eosinophil count and it was normal. I had foreplay 3 months ago with a boy nude( our penises touched) and i never had sex. Just wanna know can hiv get transmitted from penis to penis? Is it possible? My skin is getting more drier and this itching is not stopping. Please help me anyone. Please.
