I don't know what's wrong with my body
I've been moving my head shoulders eyes nose and mouth involuntary. I've also been breathing in very loudly and mimic what I hear sometimes. I think it's Tourettes so I told my mom and she said that I'm just being a teenager but I really think I have Tourettes

You have not mentioned any other symptoms like headache seizures weakness etc. It may not be organic it may be purely functional nothing to worry. Consult a physician.
