Is it harmful diabetes
Sir /madam i am diabetic patient. some times i need to take alcohol not regularly only occationaly . monthly twice only. is harmful for me . am taking just 100 ml please give suggestion

If your spiritual (indulgence) experiences cannot calm your mind after a cornu-copic diet(NonVeg diet), take a leaf from the Mammoth's(prehistoric elephant) who is a pure vegetarian.

A diet of only 1000 calories/day.A walk of 2 kms within 20 mts. An exercise schedule (Have time - after all , its your body). Reduce carbohydrates - or high calorie beverages.

Hello..... As a doctor I shouldn't suggest all these even at minimal quantity because it may turn into addictive habbit... Better to stop that..with Regular medications , strict diet management and exercise you can lead long healthy life... You are still 35and you are diabetics, so... Adjust yourself to only healthy behavior.......
