I am a15y/o boy and I'm confused because I have no any hard tissue in my chest but there is fluffy nipples in my chest,so please tell what is this gynocomastia or day and what should I do ?

u should consult personally for detail with attaching pic of ur chest then only diagnosis made what actually happen. and what to do.
