Is it a swollen lymph node or pus
I got this while 2 days back . When I pinched it , white pus came out . Pain is associated , may I know what could it be ?

As far as I can understand from the picture, it's something superficial. The nearby skin is also affected.

Next Steps
1. Keep the neck area dry.
2. Tb. Azithro 500- 1tab before sleep for 3 days
3. Some fusidic acid oint should serve the purpose.
