  4. Is it a skin infection? Done to cure it?

Is it a skin infection?
I had a burn from the bike accident a month ago. My leg skin got a burn from the silencer of the bike. The injury has healed but I get ocassional itching. My doctor had prescribed me an ointment which I used to apply. Does this look like a skin infection? If yes then what should be done to cure it?
