Is it a serious problem or I can skip it

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hello doctor, In my last cycle I used clomiphene citrate 25mg started on 7/1/2018 and had a relationship regularly but my next cycle started on 2/2/2018. But my periods was a normal this time... Normally my periods will be last only for 2 to 3 days but this time it has been continued to be 5 days and brown spotting for another 2 days... I am very tired accompanied with lower back ache..... And my urine also is very smelly.....
