I am facing problem in reminding things and I easily forgot things. This is happening since 8 months. And also I facing absent minded when I do socialising or being with friends. I can't able to concentrate on the topic of discussion happen in the group. I feel that my Learning ability is also decreases. And one more thing I am feeling very lazy & fatague in day time.
Please tell me how recover?
