I've been using oxyspray for my sinus congestion as prescribed by my doctor about a year ago. Can I substitute duonase for oxyspray? Does duonase helps in relieving sinusitis nasal congestion?

Hello! Oxyspray should not be used for more than a week as it can cause rebound congestion, known as rhinitis medicamentosa. Duonase spray is safe, can be used for long periods of time. Use it once a day, 2 puffs in each nostril.
