Cat bite or scratch have to examined by a doctor Treatment depends on severity of wound If it is only a scratch, (1) Thoroughly clean with antiseptic soap and water (2)Tetanus injection if not recently vaccinated in past 6 months (3) Antibiotic ointment - bacitracin three times daily for 3 days
