Is Calcirol safe
I was prescribed calcirol sachet 1 per week(for 6 weeks) because i havnt been out of the house for 4 to 5 months. Is it safe? Will there be too vitam d or calcium in my system if i take that?

It is safe, take it for 3 months... Whatever type of vit D you take it will be modified to our body's need by our body..
