Is Ashokaristha Good for women.
Hi Doctor,
My wife is planning to take Ashokaristha syrup. Please advise me is it good to take Ashokaristha, as we are planning for baby. Also if it's okay to take Ashokaristha, how should she take, early in the morning or during normal hours, and is there any food habits she should be controlling.

I don't have any idea of Ayurveda.You want pregnancy then consult to gynaecologist.Get done all basic investigation needed for fertility and husband semen analysis.Base line scan is also compulsory.
