Is Allergy curable or not? I am allergic to Chillness and AC. Symptoms on exposure to AC: 1. Palms of hand and foot become freezing in chillness. 2. Ears become freezing in chillness 3. Headache starts Note: Thyroid tests (T3, T4, TSH) are normal. Is it possible to cure this allergy??? Who can help?

Yes, allergy can be cured. But not just with medicines. In modern medicine, Antihistamines is the preferred drug of choice in management of allergy. But there are some life style modifications by adopting which we can get better. 1. Do some regular exercise. Can be anything walking, jogging, gym, yoga, anything preferred to you. (Lung volume should be expanded, due to sedentary life style your lung volume and breathing pattern should probably be puny) 2. Ensure good night sleep. 3. Take more of pepper, tulsi, Ginger, Garlic, betel leaf. ( Helps in increasin inner heat in body) Chillness leads to vasoconstriction, which is the reason your extremities and ears get chilled out on Ac. It is bodies responce, not a disease.
