Irritations in shaft

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I feel frequent irritations in the shaft and glans during urination. Semen test shows 10(4)-to-10(5) bacilli. I only get burning and irritations in the urethra track. No other symptoms. Is this infection of urethra or infection of prostate?
