Irritation near the urine passing area
Hi, I'm forty years old. I have IBS and have hemorrhoids. I'm getting better though and managing with diet etc. I have a bit of an irritation and I feel heat in the urine hole area, on the sides of the inner flap. Labia minora.. vestibule? There's a mild swelling like irritated skin but I'm not sure if that's causing this irritation. My urine rout and culture reports are normal. I am peeing normally and don't have pain or irritation while peeing specifically. I'm not able to pinpoint exactly what the challenge is but there's definitely irritation around the pee hole. I have been taking sitz bath for a week now for hemorrhoids using betadine and also an drinking Uriliser syrup. Could this be a side effect? I also am peeing more than usual but that happens to me before I get my periods which is due anytime now. I also have a bartholin cyst. My blood report sugar etc is all normal. Could the irritation be heat related or rash. There's no pus or any visible infection in the skin as well.
