Irritation in right eye
This is regarding my mother's issue in her right eye in past few days. She is facing some light irritation in her right eye. No redness , some light swelling below right eye region. Also, she is experiencing some heavy weight like in her right portion of head.
Any suggestions please ?

A close up photo is better.
If she is diabetic then swelling should not be neglected.
Small swelling on lid margin is not a serious condition but if swelling is more and sugars are high pls don't neglect and visit nearest Ophthalmologist.
