Irritation in right eye

I'm constantly facing irritation in my right eye from last 3 days. It feels like something is penetrating in retina and this makes me unable to sleep.

I think it is due to dryness because of addiction to smartphone, laptop or TV , you use Systane ultra eye drops 5-6 times daily .
