Irritation in penis tip and discomfort
Hi! I am a 33 yr married man experiencing sudden discomfort and a little burning sensation in penis tip which cannot be explained however it feels like urinating sensation @ Times! No reddish rashes on penis, I am from Bangalore.
Can anyone advise if I need to worry ?

Urine R/M, USG KUB to rule out stone, FBS ,VDRL test, take antibiotics coarse , Maintain adequate hydration

Its looks like Urinary tract infection, do complete urine examination and start one course of antibiotics, take plenty of oral fluids

Could be a possibility of balanitis which is common in age grp and secondly could be a UTI

May be small calculus in urethra or simple urethritis.
Next Steps
Drink lot of water . Tab Loxof 500 once daily. Tab urimax .4 one tab daily and sup Alka stone b6 2 tsf with one glass of water . All for 7 days
