I think your child is suffering from allergic conjunctivitis or spring catarrh , which persists for few years with seasonal variation , minimum in winter season & maximum in spring & summer season , you should consult experienced ophthmologist for proper advice,the names of eye drops mentioned is ok but dose should vary with intensity.

you have allergic c onjuntivitis.avoid exposure to sun and dust. do cold compresses. May try Betoact eye drops 2to3 times daily and ocupol d eye oint to be rubbed twice daily on lids.
