First thing, please have it checked with local ophthalmologist to rule out foreign body. If that is ruled out then it could be allergy. I am sure your local dr. will be able to help better once he or she sees you in person. take care

If there is no significant redness or discharge then the symptoms you’re complaining of could be related to dry eye. Please use artificial tears 4-5 times per day in both eyes. Do some warm compresses 10min at a time over both eyes. You may see how to do warm compresses using this link - https://youtu.be/lf9qeg7jr_y. If symptoms aggravate or redness/discharge/pain/stickiness of eye lids develops then pls initiate an online consult/see local ophthalmologist/if in Mumbai consult our center - Arete Clinics so that we may initiate appropriate eye drops if needed.
Next Steps
Artificial tears - CARBOXYMETHYLCELLULOSE 0.5% eye drops available at any pharmacy over the counter. Warm compresses 2 times per day Consult with qualified ophthalmologist if symptoms worsen
