Irritation around the vaginal opening

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I was prescribed fluconazole and azythromycin and metronidazole and candizole cream but that didn't help me. I have irritation over the entire labia minora and sometime it get just unbearable specially during late night. I went to 4 gynecologist but no one could help me to get over. Please help
