Irritation around anus
It's been a month , I'm experiencing discomfort while sitting. When I checked , there's firm redness around anus. It isn't itchy as of now but it causes slight discomfort while sitting . Can I apply sertaconazole or luliconazole? please suggest me appropriate ointments and tablets .
(There is no tear or any protruding from anus so I don't think it's haemorrhoids)
