Irritation and white spots on vulva

Please let me know if the white spots on vulva will go away on thier own or something needs to be done. They irritate sometime but not much I am diabetic and I had taken ipill 2 days ago is it a result of that or unsafe sex? Is this transmitted if I have sex Please let me know about the above
