Irritation and watering of eyes
I use the computer for long hours. sometimes for 3-4 hours at a stretch, and i cannot even take breaks in between. due to this, my eyes feel fatigued, watery. i feel like rubbing them and sometimes i feel like my vision is a bit blurry. i have an important exam coming up in 30 days (computer based 3 hour exam) and i need a solution to this problem asap. please help.

you are having computer vision syndrome. please use lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop .and take omega 3 fatty acid cap.

follow 20..20..formula ie close your eyes for w/o seconds after every 20 minutes. don't sit facing towards A.C.. keep proper distance between eyes and screen. wash your eyes frequently with fresh and clean water.
