Irritation and Redness in one eye

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hi doctor, I have an itchy and foreign-body feeling in one eye. I also have a runny nose due to that, accompanied by mild headache. This is happening since the last 1 day. I have already tried the following, but no luck: 1) Splashing the affected eye (right eye) with cold water 2) Trying to see if there is any foreign-body inside the eyelid Please prescribe what eye drops/medicines I can use to get this healed.
