Irritation and itching in eye

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Good morning sir/madam, I am experiencing itching and irritation in my eyes since 5-6 days. Most commonly in the corner of eyes. I have recently recovered from covid. I was asymptomatic. Is it related to covid? I am taking "I fresh" ayurvedic eye drops since yesterday night. Kindly advise what should I do to relieve this. Thanks in advance.

Hello, Post covid, you can have something called as follicular conjunctivitis with resultant itching, redness and irritation in the eyes. Better to show yourself personally to your nearest Ophthalmologist for thorough examination with the help of a slit-lamp microscope. You can start eye drop Refresh tears (1 drops 4 times a day for 15 days) to lessen the irritation in the eyes. Hope that helps.
