I have GERD mild since last two month. Feeling some thing in throat. Irritation around vulva in throat

There  can not be any vulva in throat. For irritation in throat take following.... Tab.Azithromycin 500 mg twice daily Tab. Levocetrizin one tab twice daily Gargles with 1/2 Disprin dessolved in Lukewarm water twice daily. For 5 days.
