Irritant/allergic contact dermatitis
Hi, I developed irritant/allergic contact dermatitis on my face due to use of a product. I've used it before but one day I woke with inflammation in patches on my cheeks. I have visited a GP, whom prescribed me hyrdrocortisone cream to use for 3 days or a week max. I was told it would subside around the 3rd day. However, I've been using it with my daily moisturiser and have not seen much reduction of inflammation after 5 days. Should I continue use for a week or seek alternative treatment?
