Irritable bowel syndrome

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am suffering from IBS since 7-8 months.i am facing tenesmus symptoms recently.tried many medicines.Nothing worked out.i always feel like pooping even after emptying bowels.i have pain and burning sensation in anal area.Please suggest me some good medicines .IBS is making my everyday life difficult.I also do have recurrent UTI
