Irrestible urge to move legs and hands
The problem worsens during night. It's not regular but it's there for a month. I can't sleep because of it. My sister had the same situation about a year ago and she was told it's weakness and was given a syrup and the issue was cured. I researched on internet and found that it could be because of deficiency in iron megnisium vitamin d and folic acid vitamin b. I have lost weight by 3.5 kg in last 4 months and do evening shift and sleep at around 4.30 am. Please suggest. Thank you.
