Irregular sleeping
Hii doctor I am 64 years old female.i was suffering from OCD, anxiety and depression after one year of treatment now I am fine . And I don't take any medicine. But I am suffering from irregular sleeping. My doctor says that she will not prescribe any medicine.i also don't want to take medicine .i am trying all the natural method for better sleep,Even than I am suffering from irregular sleeping habit .Now my question is that what can I do for regular and sound sleep? Thank you.

You are passing through asfter effact of allopathy medicine.Yet you have come out from your past illness with tbe help of psychietry treatment but your body become depend for sleep on medicine. In my opinion you need to modify your life style first . You are to go for walk daily and after dinner it must be for 20min walk .second thing is that avoid watching TV after 10pm and adopt habit to read books at night. I give this advise to many people of your age and they got benefited . If all above thing do not help you completely then consult me i will prescribe you medicine and provide counciling.

Hello,as per your clinical history is concerned do exercise regularly and at bed time mix two teaspoons each of organic apple cider vinegar and honey in a glass of warm water. Drink it before bedtime. Hope that helps

Daily Exercise will help you a lot. Use green vegetables for dinner. Fruits in meal. meat/fish or eggs in breakfast if you are non-vegetarians. Soya beans,Dal will be good incase you are vegetarian. Thanks.
