Irregular periods

Asked for Female, 26 Years

Um having irregular periods...last time I had my periods on 29 march & lasts up to 10 April..first two days of my periods start with blood spotting & last 2 or 3 days also with blood spotting... Now today on 18 April I am again having my period... Now um very much worried..please help me.I have also gone through the tests...USG.CBC &TSH, reports of all tests are normal..
