Irregular periods & pregn

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My period is irregular ...I want to get pregnant & we are trying since 2 months ..but result is negative ..this tym result is negative but I don't got my periods for 10 days & little of blood spots are coming in interval of 2-3 days...is there any serious problem.
