Thank you for your question. Irregular periods are common at her age. Breast size is also supposed to change but not drastically. Often irregular periods need monitoring through a blood check as well as a pelvic ultrasound. Her weight, blood pressure, blood sugar levels will need to be tested too. If she has gained weight in the previous three months she may find that her breast size has increased. I would suggest that she should see a gynaecologist who can do the necessary tests to rule out any other significant hormonal problems, determine the cause of the irregular periods and prescribe the correct medication so her periods become regular. If increasing weight is also an issue her doctor can guide her better about that too. This will help to prevent excessive breast growth too. There are no medicines to shrink breasts but often some weight loss can help to reduce the size. If the size is causing her severe distress, back and neck pain her doctor may need to refer her to a surgeon to determine if she needs surgery to reduce the size and weight of the breasts. I do hope your sister finds the right help and feels better soon best wishes
